On March 9th, Ambassador Guo Haiyan paid a call on Hon. Oneidge Walrond, Minister of Tourism, Industry and Trade. The two sides agreed to take the 50th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Guyana as an opportunity to further strengthen bilateral cooperation in the field of tourism, manufacturing and trade facilitation.
