On February 16th, the Chinese Embassy in Guyana and the Ministry of Education jointly held the 3rd China-Guyana Friendship Youth Leadership Development Competition award ceremony. Approximately 80 people attended, including Ambassador Guo Haiyan, Director of the Allied Arts Unit of MOE Nicholas Fraser, participating students and their teachers and parents from all over the country, Counselor Huang Rui hosted the ceremony. 

Ambassador Guo and Director Fraser jointly presented awards to 20 winners from across the country. Teachers and students also enjoyed a variety of performances and cultural experience activities.
