On June 24th, the Chinese Embassy in Guyana held the third "Experience China" Open Day event in 2023, with the theme of Dragon Boat Festival. Ambassador Guo Haiyan attended and delivered a speech, Counselor Huang Rui hosted the event. Representatives of students from UG, Confucius Institute, Chinese Association and other friends attended.

Participants enjoyed the art performances together, watched videos about the origin of the Dragon Boat Festival and dragon boat racing, as well as experienced the traditional culture of making Zongzi, tea art, and so on.
