On June 11, an Online Cultural Performance celebrating the 50th Anniversary of China-Guyana Diplomatic Relations, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport of Guyana, and the Chinese Embassy in Guyana, was broadcast on Guyana National Communications Network, Tvg ch28, and Chinaculture.org and its affiliated overseas media platforms.

This cultural performance was organized by Guangdong National Orchestra. Through symphonies, dances and songs, Chinese and Guyanese artists jointly presented the unique charm of the culture and art of the two countries, highlighted the optimistic spirit of the two peoples' active pursuit of a better life, and conveyed the beautiful vision of the two peoples' knowing and loving each other and working together for a shared future.

This cultural performance is the prelude to a series of celebrations during the month.
