On March 23rd, Ambassador Guo Haiyan paid a call on Hon. Collin Croal, Minister of Housing and Water. The two agreed to take the 50th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Guyana as an opportunity to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.
