On February 28, 2022, Ambassador Guo Haiyan paid a courtesy call on Hon. Mohabir Anil Nandlall, Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs of Guyana. The two agreed to increase communications and exchanges between the legal sectors of the two countries.
